  1. Create a Pre – Sleep routine: Pre sleep routine is the most important for quality sleep. You have to maintain routine everyday. Before going to bed for sleep you can follow some kind of activities like reading books, deep breathing exercises and taking a warm bath etc.
  2. Practice Mindfulness Meditation: The practice of mindfulness meditation has been scientifically proven to improve sleep quality. Dedicate a few minutes each evening to sit quietly and focus on your breath, observing any sensations or thoughts without judgment. This practice helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and prepare you for a peaceful slumber.
  3. Create a Sleep-Friendly Environment: Create a good environment for sleep. You can use dim light before going to bed. Overall you must be create a soothing environment.
  4. Limit Screen Time Before Bed: The blue light emitted by electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and televisions can disrupt your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle. So, Stay away from these types of device before going to bed.
