There are various types meditation position have been included and you can use it to do mindfulness meditation.
- Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
- Set a timer for 5-10 minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Pay attention to the sensation of air moving in and out of your body.
- When your mind starts to wander, simply notice the thought and then return your focus to your breath.
- Repeat this process for the duration of your meditation session.
