How to practice mindfulness meditation

There are various types meditation position have been included and you can use it to do mindfulness meditation.

  • Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
  • Set a timer for 5-10 minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable.
  • Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Pay attention to the sensation of air moving in and out of your body.
  • When your mind starts to wander, simply notice the thought and then return your focus to your breath.
  • Repeat this process for the duration of your meditation session.
